Wotton Rovers AFC has received a financial boost from TalkTalk, the home phone, broadband and mobile provider, who will sponsor the Under-10 team for the next 12 months. Funding has been used to provide a complete kit for each member of the team which was on display for the first time today

Alongside this sponsorship deal, TalkTalk is investing £50,000 in technology to bring best value broadband offers to Wotton-Under-Edge. TalkTalk is expanding its Next Generation Network in the area, which gives customers access to fast, reliable broadband services for all of the family’s needs.

Wotton Rovers AFC is an asset to the area and prides itself on bringing together all kinds of people from the local community. The club is one of only three FA Chartered Standard Community Club’s in the country. Today about 40 men and over 300 girls and boys play and train regularly at the club. The club welcomes anyone interested in getting involved in football, offering a really fun way to get some exercise and keep fit.
